Mkt4d Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the mkt4d platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing the mkt4d platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
These terms take effect from the date you register an account or first access the mkt4d platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the mkt4d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To register and use mkt4d's services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Be a citizen or resident eligible to use online entertainment services;
- Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited or restricted from using online entertainment platforms;
- Providing registration information that is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Mkt4d reserves the right to reject registration applications or close the account of any user found not to meet the eligibility requirements above, without prior notice.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the mkt4d platform. You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access due to your negligence. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the mkt4d support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the mkt4d platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these terms. The following are strictly prohibited: using automated software or tools to access the platform; attempting to attack or disrupt platform systems; sharing your account with others; or providing false information during registration or transactions. Any breach of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension or closure.
3. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All transactions on the mkt4d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mkt4d supports local payment methods including internet banking, Touch 'n Go, and GrabPay. Deposits are typically processed shortly after successful payment confirmation is received.
For withdrawals, users must use the same payment method as the one used for the deposit, or a bank account registered in the same user's name. mkt4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details they provide are accurate and current. mkt4d is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete payment details submitted by users. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policies, which may change from time to time.

4. Platform Usage Rules, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Mkt4d Limitation of Liability
The mkt4d platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. mkt4d is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, connection loss during an active game session, or game outcomes disputed on technical grounds.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mkt4d platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of mkt4d or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from mkt4d.
Third-Party Links
The mkt4d platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for informational purposes only. mkt4d does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access such websites entirely at your own risk.
Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law. The use of any technical means to exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other users is strictly forbidden. mkt4d reserves the right to pursue legal action against users involved in such activities.
5. Account Policy, Suspension & Closure
Mkt4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe the user has breached any term in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or provided false information during registration.
In the event of an account suspension, mkt4d will hold the user's credit balance for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and the balance returned. If a verified breach is found, mkt4d reserves the right to forfeit any balance linked to activities that violated these terms.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the mkt4d support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned via the user's original payment method, subject to identity verification and full compliance with withdrawal terms. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to the prevailing inactive account policy.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Mkt4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms in force. Continued use of the platform following any published changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the mkt4d platform shall first be referred to voluntary discussion between both parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
